We were able to get an appointment next day for a non-urgent cleaning and were given notice when David would arrive. David easily got out a prior owner's extremely caked in pet stain on our carpet that a prior carpet cleaning from a different company had not gotten out. He was on time, provided great explanations, and was very careful of our surrounding properties and our property in the house - setting up guards for the hoses and wiping down the floor. My home was not in great shape and I was extremely embarrassed by its condition but David did an outstanding job. He provided me with details on what needed to be done and he took his time on delivering it. I was so impressed when I came home; it made home feel like home again.  Verified David deep-cleaned our large sectional today and did our dryer vent cleaning last week. He, and SoCal Carpet Care, were extremely professional, experienced, and kind. They were very competitive on price and he was responsive to our schedules and provided great customer service. He even offered to come back for any touch-ups if we noticed everything after the couch dried (I doubt we'll need it, as he did a great job).
